merupakan sebuah software aplikasi atau program komputer yang memungkinkan
penggunanya membuat, mengubah, atau mengedit file teks (plain text). Text
editor dapat digunakan untuk membuat program-program komputer, mengedit source
code bahasa pemograman, serta membuat halaman web atau template web design dan
pembuat apelikasi kertentu
Aplikasi ini
secara umum bayak digunakan untuk tujuan pemrograman.
